Delivery information for fresh flowers, pooja flowers, jasmine, bouquets, garlands, flower boxes and bulk orders across selected Hyderabad areas.
Delivery Areas
Fresh Petals currently delivers to selected areas in Hyderabad based on pincode, distance, product type, order value and delivery timing. If your pincode is not listed as confirmed during checkout, you can still continue on WhatsApp and we will manually check delivery feasibility.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges depend on the delivery pincode, distance, order size and time slot. The website may show an estimated delivery fee for supported pincodes. Final delivery charges will be confirmed on WhatsApp before payment.
Delivery Slots
Available delivery slots may include:
- • Morning Slot: 7 AM - 10 AM
- • Afternoon Slot: 12 PM - 3 PM
- • Evening Slot: 5 PM - 8 PM
- • Express Delivery: Within 4-6 hours, subject to availability
Morning and express delivery may not be available in all areas. Final slot confirmation will happen on WhatsApp.
Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery depends on flower availability, order time, delivery area and order complexity. Bouquets and simple flower orders may be easier to fulfill on the same day, while garlands, poola jada, bulk flowers and event orders may require advance notice.
Pooja Flowers, Jasmine and Garlands
Pooja flowers, jasmine/malli, gajra, garlands and poola jada are highly dependent on morning market availability. For these products, we recommend placing orders early or confirming in advance on WhatsApp.
Bulk and Event Orders
Bulk flower orders, temple orders, event flowers, garlands and wedding-related orders require manual confirmation. Delivery cost, handling charges and timing will be shared after understanding the quantity, location and requirement.
Failed Delivery or Customer Unavailable
Since flowers are perishable, customers are requested to be available at the delivery address during the selected time slot. If the customer is unavailable or the address is incorrect, redelivery may be chargeable or may not be possible depending on flower condition and delivery route.
Final Confirmation
All orders are confirmed only after WhatsApp confirmation of flower availability, delivery area, delivery fee, time slot and payment details.
